Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking aMember Services Representative to deliver a superior, welcoming experience to members and guests in our Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet, assist, and guide members, uphold club policies, and help with sign-ups and billing information.

You will also perform retail transactions, drive sales, schedule tours, and support maintenance and cleanliness across the club while maintaining a positive, teamwork-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and upholding policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Perform retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
