Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative in Warren, RI, to deliver a superior, welcoming experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, promote our brand on the club floor, resolve issues, and support billing, membership sign-ups, and tours.

This role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time shifts. Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling inquiries, and maintaining club cleanliness while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership tasks: sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member tours and calls to assess membership needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Process retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of all exercise areas and Recovery Zone amenities, including restrooms.
