Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative in Stoughton, MA. You will deliver superior customer service to members and guests in a Judgement Free Zone, assist with check-ins, process sign-ups, and promote club goals. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and potential full-time shifts.

The role emphasizes welcoming interactions, problem solving, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment while meeting sales targets and supporting fitness journeys.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitized; follow cleaning schedules.
• Regularly walk club areas to address safety and cleanliness concerns.
• Address maintenance issues with equipment and facilities promptly.
