Job summary

IA A Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative 2 in Bloomington, IL. The role focuses on opening and servicing consumer and business accounts, answering member inquiries, and promoting credit union products with a member-first approach.

You will support online banking setup, maintain accurate records, and help identify members’ financial needs to drive satisfaction and relationship growth.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of teller and/or new accounts experience.
• Ability to open and service consumer and business deposit accounts and IRA products with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts; responds to member inquiries; resolves issues with accuracy and professionalism.
• Promotes credit union products and services; builds member relationships for satisfaction and growth.
• Assists members with enrollment, setup, and troubleshooting of online and mobile banking.
• Identifies financial needs and recommends appropriate products and services.
• Provides support to tellers and service center as needed; assists in fraud prevention and monitor suspicious activity.
