Job summary

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences and build meaningful relationships. You will support ITM interactions and teller transactions, identify member needs, and refer relevant products and services.

Roles include outreach to retain and grow member relationships, collaboration with internal teams, and meeting performance goals. Onboarding support and potential shifts at other locations are possible within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to support members with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting ITM technology interactions and teller transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring credit union products and services.
• Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships.
• Meet or exceed performance and service goals.
• Assist onboarding and training for new hires and may help at other locations as needed.
• Document member interactions in the CRM system.
• Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and SAFE Act.
