Dow Credit Union seeks a friendly Relationship Specialist I for our Gratiot Road branch in Saginaw, Michigan. You will assist members with everyday transactions, open deposit accounts, and build strong relationships through personalized service and meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, banking, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience is helpful but not required.
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during every member interaction.
• Process a variety of teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and close deposit accounts and perform account maintenance.
• Assist members with debit card services and general account support.
• Identify member needs through conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Meet or exceed service, production, and sales goals.
• Support branch operations by working in various roles and functions as needed.
• Help manage member traffic and create a welcoming branch experience.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations.
