Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous service in various situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following procedures.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and travel between branches.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude and deliver exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other transactions.
• Assist members with basic account questions and service requests.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services.
• Protect member information and assets by following security procedures.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Perform account maintenance and open additional account types.
• Build positive relationships for a welcoming member experience.
• Meet or exceed service, production, and sales goals.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional responsibilities.
