Dow Credit Union is seeking a part-time Relationship Representative (Teller) to join our branch team in Michigan. You will welcome members, handle deposits/withdrawals, answer questions, and identify solutions to support members' financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in member interactions.
• Ability to provide courteous, professional service in a variety of situations.
• Ability to identify member needs and suggest suitable products/services.
• Genuine care for members and integrity in handling matters.
• Comfort with math and basic problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while following procedures.
• Willingness to travel between branch locations and work varied schedules including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude and deliver exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other transactions.
• Assist members with basic account questions and service requests.
• Identify member needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Protect member information by following security procedures and verification practices.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Perform account maintenance and support tasks, including updating information and opening new accounts.
• Build positive relationships to create a welcoming member experience.
• Meet or exceed service, production, and sales goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
