Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, banking, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage members and identify financial needs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during each member interaction.
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and close deposit accounts and maintain accounts.
• Assist with debit card services and general account support.
• Identify member needs and recommend products/services.
• Meet service, production, and sales goals.
• Support branch operations across roles as needed.
• Create a welcoming branch experience.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and policies.
• Support other branches when required.
