Job description

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and service-driven Relationship Specialist I to join our Retail team at our Gratiot road branch in Saginaw Michigan. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted financial resource for our members while helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized service and meaningful conversations.

As a Relationship Specialist I, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You'll assist members with everyday transactions, account services, and financial solutions while building long-term relationships that strengthen member loyalty and satisfaction.

This position earns a competitive minimum starting hourly pay of $17.50. We provide terrific benefits, including quarterly and annual incentives, medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Relationship Specialist I

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional service during every member interaction.
• Process a variety of teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and close deposit accounts and perform account maintenance.
• Assist members with debit card services and general account support.
• Identify member needs through conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Meet or exceed service, production, and sales goals.
• Support branch operations by working in various roles and functions as needed.
• Help manage member traffic and create a welcoming branch experience.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support other branch locations when business needs require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience is helpful but not required.
• No certifications required.
