ADP, Inc. is seeking an entry level MSR I to provide a positive member service experience and to maintain knowledge of credit union products and services. You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, handle loan payments, and assist with online banking and forms while ensuring policy compliance.

The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, attention to member information confidentiality, and teamwork to support branch goals and community trust.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members; handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Answer phones, file, shred, and scan documents as needed.
  • Update member information, assist online banking, and complete required forms.
  • Balance cash drawer and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Verify member identities and negotiability of items; place holds when needed.
  • Prepare checks, currency transactions, and gift card orders; process ACH/AFT transactions.
  • Strive to meet branch and personal goals by helping members and collaborating with the team.
