Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, and procedures.
1–3 years of similar or related experience.
Excellent member service, communication, and public relations skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong analytical and financial skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment.
Good typing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent member service and handle member questions and concerns.
Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
Process deposits, loan payments, wire transfers, checks, and related transactions accurately.
Open/close various consumer accounts and manage Visa debit/credit card maintenance.
Assist with online and mobile banking and balance cash drawer.
Maintain quality assurance through audits and timely reports.
