Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide a welcoming front desk experience for members and guests. You will greet visitors, handle check-ins, answer questions, process payments, and support event promotions with a friendly and professional attitude.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking in a busy fitness environment. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests per policies and procedures.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Answer phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Maintain awareness of hours, programs, and schedules.
• Support front desk operations and club initiatives.
