Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service and helping create a positive club experience. You will assist with check-ins, payments, scheduling, and promoting services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and teamwork in a fast-paced fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk is preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies.
• Communicate events, promotions, and announcements to members.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain knowledge of club programs and hours.
• Support front desk operations and policy compliance.
• Promote and sell retail products and services.
• Support events, promotions, and team initiatives.
