Fitness Ventures LLC is hiring a Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests, process check-ins, and promote club services. You will handle front desk duties, payments, scheduling, and clear communication of events and promotions while maintaining a positive environment and assisting the team.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym setting. 18+ with a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately according to policies.
• Communicate events, promotions, and announcements to members.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services and maintain knowledge of programs and hours.
• Promote and sell retail products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and support team initiatives.
