You will greet members and guests, process check-ins, and communicate events and promotions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

The role covers front desk operations, retail sales, and team support, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and a professional appearance to foster a positive club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Ensure members and guests feel valued upon arrival and departure.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members and guests.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere that enhances the member experience.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly or escalate when appropriate.
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Facilitate member communications and account notifications via club management software.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Maintain understanding of programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations per policies and procedures.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support club initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Contribute to club cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with events, promotions, decorations, and special projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Follow all policies and standards in the Team Member Handbook.
