YouFit Gyms in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Member Services team member to welcome guests, process check-ins, handle payments, and support retention efforts. The role emphasizes friendly service and accuracy in daily tasks.

You’ll perform opening/closing duties, maintain cleanliness, enforce gym policies, assist with tours for prospective members, and balance cash drawers while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Strong customer service skills with positive member engagement.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use approved products safely.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and supply management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle transactions, balance cash drawer, and follow cash-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and greet members per guidelines.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active accounts and policy adherence.
• Assist with membership and personal training retention.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer at the POS.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and sanitization across all areas.
• Open and close gym following specified procedures.
• Report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management.
• Provide engaging gym tours to prospects and facilitate membership transitions.
