Planet Fitness, Inc. operates Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, and is seeking a front desk team member to ensure a welcoming, clean, and high‑service member experience.

You will check in members, conduct tours for prospective members, assist with sign‑ups, and handle account updates with accuracy. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, performing daily cleaning tasks, and supporting shift transitions.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with sign-up.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions professionally and escalate as needed.
• Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for next day.
