Job summary

GreenState Credit Union seeks a personable Member Service Representative to deliver quality, responsive member service during daily transactions and inquiries. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related products with accuracy and confidentiality.

As front-line staff, you’ll educate members on our services, support teamwork, and uphold service standards while balancing cash drawers and maintaining secure records throughout the shift.
