Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides quality, responsive member service to all members and staff.
• Handles member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and more.
• Builds member relationships by identifying financial needs and referring to appropriate departments.
• Maintains balancing records and balanced drawers; protects confidentiality of member data.
• Participates in opening/closing procedures and secures confidential information.
• Monitors vault and cash disbursements; supports security procedures.
