Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking an on-site MSR to handle daily teller transactions, balance cash drawers, and deliver high-quality member service. You will perform deposits and withdrawals, assist members with products and services, and coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve issues.

This hourly role offers a defined schedule with Monday through Friday presence, opportunities for monthly incentives, and a progressive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel/Word) and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions.
• Balance drawers and maintain accurate records daily.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve questions or escalate as needed.
