Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to support member relationships and drive sales by promoting retail products and services. The role focuses on accurate service, cash handling, and teamwork to meet and exceed sales expectations.

You will greet members, balance cash drawers, and refer opportunities to appropriate departments while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of similar or related experience or 12 months in a successful MSA role
• High energy and sales ability with professional manners
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient with computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases
• Strong relationship-building skills and independent work capability
• Must be bondable and SBA/S.A.F.E Act compliant

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Credit Union Service Standards
• Provide exceptional member service and promote retail products
• Build member relationships and identify opportunities for additional business
• Balance a cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures
• Perform vault duties and assist with deposits and loans as needed
• Conduct weekly outbound sales calls to members
• Support team goals and participate in promotions and events
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and account data
