Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide high-quality, courteous service to members and staff. This front-line role handles routine transactions, answers questions, and promotes products and services while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The MSR works during regular business hours, acts as a service champion, and supports a diverse, inclusive workplace. Training and incentives accompany a progressive benefits package.

• Accuracy in cash handling and daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, responsive member service for daily transactions and inquiries.
• Explain products and services and refer to specialists when needed.
• Perform member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and more.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and balance records.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and security of the MSR area.
