Gather Federal Credit Union in Hawaii seeks a Member Experience Representative to assist and service members as a front-line public relations representative. You will prepare and maintain membership account records and process transactions over the counter, drive-up, telephone, and by mail.

The role emphasizes accuracy, daily cash drawer balancing, and cross-selling credit union services. This non-exempt position includes benefits and requires a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college; or a High School graduate plus six (6) months experience as a Teller in a financial institution or six (6) months cashiering experience involving daily balancing and reconciliation of a cash drawer.
• Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug test.
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.

Responsabilités

• Receive checks and cash for deposits and post transactions; verify amounts and endorsements.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare daily bank deposits.
• Promote other credit union services (IRAs, certificates, safe deposit boxes, travelers checks, money orders, loans).
• Process membership applications, determine eligibility, open new accounts per policies.
• Process ATM/check card orders and card fraud disputes.
