GATHER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION - Kilauea Branch is hiring a Member Experience Representative to serve as the first point of contact for members, handling transactions, opening new accounts, and promoting services. The role requires accuracy, courtesy, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced credit union environment.

The position is full-time at $22.00–$23.00 per hour. Monday–Friday schedule; on-site in Kilauea, HI with visa sponsorship not available. Reports to Branch Manager.

Competenze

• Associate degree or high school plus six months teller/cashier experience.
• Experience handling daily balancing and reconciliation of a cash drawer.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication required.

Mansioni

• Process member account transactions over the counter, drive-up, telephone and mail.
• Open and verify new member accounts; determine eligibility per policy.
• Promote credit union services and handle card orders and disputes.
