Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Tulsa/Owasso is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members, manage front desk, and support club operations. You’ll drive positive member experiences through friendly service, efficient check-ins, and promotions of memberships and programs.

You’ll collaborate with staff to maintain a clean, welcoming space and help with membership enrollment, retail and tanning offerings, ensuring the club stays “grand-opening ready” every day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly greeting and assist at the front desk.
• Handle membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions.
• Maintain front desk operations and keep the club clean and organized.
• Promote classes, tanning, and other club offerings.
