Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Midwest City is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the face of the club. You’ll welcome members and guests, assist with memberships, check-ins, and promotions while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role supports front desk operations, club cleanliness, and promotions for programs like group fitness and tanning; you’ll help enroll new members and keep the lobby grand-opening ready every day.

Responsibilities

• As a Member Services Representative at Crunch, you’ll be the face of the club, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every member and guest.
• You’ll assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting service level expectations.
