Job summary

You will assist with payments, returns, and exchanges, while promoting Sam's Club services and ensuring a safe, well-organized store. The role involves guiding members on self-checkout options and supporting daily store operations, including merchandising, tickets, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases at the front end.
• Maintain checkout area and organize merchandise to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Educate members on self-service technology and new programs or services.
• Support safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
