Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests at our Ohio club. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and billing questions, and help maintain a clean, friendly environment.

The role requires an upbeat, professional attitude, ability to work on-site, and a commitment to club standards and safety. Training on CPR/AED and tanning certification will be provided as required.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and services, tours, and sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally; maintain a positive club experience.
• Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries; keep the front desk area organized and clean.
