Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests. You will ensure a welcoming club experience, deliver exceptional service, and support member needs to promote satisfaction and retention.

The role covers front desk operations, member communications, payments, scheduling services, and retail support within a professional gym environment. CPR certification is required or obtainable shortly after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support front desk operations and policy adherence.
• Assist with retail and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team to promote a positive workplace culture.
