Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative (MSR) to be the first and last contact for members and guests at our Pensacola gym. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with front desk operations, and promote club offerings to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, ability to multitask, handle payments, schedule services, and maintain a welcoming club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests per policies.
• Inform about events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for club services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Maintain knowledge of club programs and hours.
• Support front desk operations and policies.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
