Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to act as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming club experience. The MSR will assist with front desk operations, promote services, and help maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• CPR certification (Child and Infant) current or ability to obtain.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately according to policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Handle payments for club amenities and services per procedures.
• Support front desk operations and member communications.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
