Job summary

Flynn Group’s Planet Fitness brand seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, answer calls, check in visitors, and share club information in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

You will handle beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS, assist with memberships, keep the front desk tidy, and support the team through policy changes and training. This role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a busy fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS.
• Assist with memberships using the POS system.
• Keep front desk, lobby, and facility clean and orderly.
• Perform cleaning and stocking duties as required.
• Participate in training and adapt to new policies.
