Flynn Group is seeking a Planet Fitness Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests. You will handle check-ins, tours for prospective members, and POS transactions while maintaining a clean front desk and lobby area.

The role emphasizes a friendly, responsive, and team-oriented approach in a busy fitness environment, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for training and growth.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases and memberships on the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with new memberships and existing membership inquiries.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
• Support operations by following new policies and trainings.
• Clean and stock restrooms/locker rooms as needed.
• Complete trainings and learning activities as directed.
