Planet Fitness in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, sign-ups and inquiries while upholding club policies and safety standards.

Requirements include 6–12 months of customer service experience, being 18+, basic computer skills, and a willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification. The role offers friendly team environments, on-site work, and available benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering support.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership sign-ups and update billing information; handle cancellations and transfers.
• Conduct membership calls and tours to assess member needs.
• Process retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and spa areas.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and uncluttered following the cleaning schedule.
