Job summary

Talentify in Vancouver, WA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, answer questions, and help ensure a welcoming club experience.

You will manage front desk operations, process payments, schedule services, and promote club offerings while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Prior hospitality or retail experience is advantageous, and CPR certification may be required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere that enhances the member experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services, including tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain knowledge of club programs, hours, and schedules.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Support front desk operations and team collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Assist with events, decorations, and promotional materials.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
