Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment and supporting daily operations.

You will assist with membership inquiries, perform check-ins, process transactions, and promote memberships and services. The role requires a friendly attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members with inquiries about membership options, policies, and gym services.
• Check-in members, handle membership-related transactions, and renewals.
• Keep the front desk and surrounding areas tidy and presentable.
• Promote memberships and services including personal training.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, safe club environment.
