Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in the United States seeks a dedicated Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, greet members, process check-ins, and promote club services. You will support events, handling inquiries and facilitating a positive member experience at the front desk.

This role emphasizes professional communication, teamwork, and a welcoming environment to drive member satisfaction and retention. Prior customer-facing work is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solvingskills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification current or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and services.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and collaborate with team.
