Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Baseline Fitness. You will report to the Club Manager and handle front desk tasks, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and tour information, delivering superior customer service to members and guests.

Earn $15.00–$16.00 per hour with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. This role emphasizes a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented approach within a fast-paced fitness club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
