Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with memberships and membership inquiries at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies and completing trainings.
• Regularly clean/restrooms and locker rooms; stock supplies as needed.
• Participate in company trainings and adhere to policies.
