• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to questions promptly and escalate as needed.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, check-ins, sign-ups.
• Take tours for prospective members and update accounts.
• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness.
• Sanitize equipment and restrooms per schedule.
