Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for our Front Desk Hospitality team to warmly greet members and guests, manage check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries, and maintain a welcoming club environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED, hospitality or customer service experience, and excellent English communication. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and moving between areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and moving freely around the gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all Members and Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members using proper procedures; register guests.
• Answer telephone promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries promptly.
• Maintain front desk and entryway neat, clean, and organized; open/close duties as needed.
• Assist with retail ProShop operations and basic money handling.
