Planet Fitness Augusta is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk associate to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospective members. You will handle check-ins, answer questions, promote classes, and help keep the club clean and welcoming.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a positive, proactive attitude to maintain our judgement-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and welcome them.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate events.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes and keep workouts engaging for members.
• Adhere to employee handbook policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and order; support staff as needed.
• Track performance indicators like guest counts and enrollments.
