Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policy.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for club services and amenities.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Maintain knowledge of club programs and hours.
• Support daily front desk operations and team goals.
• Address inquiries promptly or escalate to management.
• Promote and support member engagement initiatives.
