Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, assist with check-ins, answer questions, and uphold our Judgement Free Zone. You will help with memberships, process sign-ups, and support daily club operations.

Must be 18+ and willing to obtain CPR/AED certification; basic computer skills are required. Strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential to thrive on our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by assisting members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
