Planet Fitness in Watertown, MA is seeking a Customer Service oriented Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free experience to members and guests. You will greet arrivals, assist with check-ins, and promote the brand on the club floor while upholding policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling sign-ups, updates, and payments, answering inquiries, and supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journey.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and payments.
• Meet or exceed individual and club sales goals.
