Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience and support new member sales. The role focuses on greeting members, handling front desk tasks, answering questions, and guiding tours with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and resolving service issues in collaboration with the Club Manager.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answer front desk-related questions by phone and in person.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
