Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our club team. You will greet potential members, conduct tours, and drive new member sales while delivering a superior member experience.

You will handle front desk tasks, respond to questions by phone or in person, assist with sign-ups and memberships, and help maintain a welcoming, clean environment for all guests and members.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
