• Solid math and bookkeeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Opens all types of new deposit accounts offered by the Credit Union.
• Services existing members accounts and processes requests via online systems.
• Promotes credit union products and services based on member needs.
• Responds to member requests and resolves issues.
• Provides prompt, professional, courteous service in-person, by phone and via email.
• Maintains knowledge of all credit union products and procedures.
• Keeps a positive, communicative relationship with management and other departments.
• Safeguards member information and confidentiality.
• Performs teller duties including cashing checks, deposits, loan payments and balancing.
• Attends meetings and training sessions.
• Maintains a clean, professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
