Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens new deposit accounts and qualifies members for membership.
• Services existing member accounts, processes requests and balances accounts.
• Cross-sells credit union products and services based on member needs.
• Responds to member requests and resolves issues with appropriate personnel.
• Provides prompt, professional in-person, phone, and email service.
• Maintains knowledge of all credit union products and policies.
• Safeguards member information and confidentiality.
• Performs teller duties: cash checks, deposits, loan payments, and balance cash drawer.
• Attends required meetings and trainings; maintains a clean work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
